The American Association of Multicultural Youth Training & Development, Inc. is a 501(C)(3) non-profit Christian organization devoted to the development and spiritual growth of young people.
We are dedicated to guiding, teaching, and empowering young girls and boys to become all that God created them to be through mentoring and networking with adult volunteers and various organizations.
The volunteer mentors place great value on each girl and boy that desires to participate in the organization and is committed to providing encouragement as well as motivation.
Let’s face it; today’s youth don’t face an easy task. They get bombarded with all sorts of stuff that promise success, rewards and happiness. At school, on television, from their friends, they’re constantly being pulled in a million directions. It’s never been more difficult to grow up with so many distractions. The truth is though, God doesn’t pull; He simply opens His arms and waits for us to run into them.
